UK Returns

You have up to 30 days upon receiving the item to return all UK orders purchased on our website violetcosmosofficial.com.

To return your package, please contact us at violetcosmosofficial@outlook.com and we will provide you the next steps. Inside your return parcel please include a note with your order number, so we can identify your order. All postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please send all return parcels via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items

In order for us to accept a return, your item must be returned to us in its original and unworn condition with all tags attached. 

International Returns

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

However we currently do not accept international returns from countries outside of the EU so please make sure you pick the correct size by double checking our size guide.
